Our 2024 Fourth Quarter MVB is Rick Huddleson!

Meet Rick

After graduating from Ohio University with a B.S. in Communication, Rick started out as an insurance agent in May 1985 with his current organization in Dayton, Ohio. Over the last 40 years he’s held positions as a recruiter, trainer and manager within the same organization, Penn Global Marketing. He moved to Columbus in October 1986 to run Penn Global Marketing’s Columbus office and has won numerous awards for training, recruiting and managing as well as over 35 President’s Club trips for top performing agents and managers.  

Rick has two children from his first marriage, Evan and Bronwyn. He married his current wife, Pam, on September 15, 2024. They currently reside in Dublin, Ohio with their two cats, Orville and Wilbur.

What’s the key to his success?

Rick was successful this AEP due to his commitment to staying organized with his clients. He made it a point to touch base with each of his clients at least three to four times throughout the year. This helped him stay up to date with their needs and any changes in their situations. When AEP arrives each year, he has a good game plan to help his clients with their options.
