This year, Trinity Health Plan New York wants to recognize top broker performance by honoring the broker that produces the most business. On a quarterly basis, nominees will be recognized and awarded as the previous quarter’s MVB, or Most Valuable Broker.  

So, what’s the catch?

No catch here. It’s simple. You produce the most business and receive recognition for your performance.

Our 2024 Fourth Quarter MVB is Jake Kulakowski!

Meet Jake

Jake has been in the Medicare industry for four years since graduating from SUNY Poly Institute where he played college basketball and graduated with a master's degree in Business Management. 

What’s the key to his success?

This AEP was so successful for Jake due to his strong work ethic and time management, which allowed him to meet with all of his current clients as well as many new Medicare beneficiaries that needed guidance. This AEP was by far the most difficult to manage for him due to all of the changes with CMS guidelines as well as many private insurance companies sunsetting plans. Now that AEP is over, he’s looking forward to continuing to help Trinity Health Plan New York grow its membership in Upstate New York.
